HIA Company Limited ("HIA", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our website and the CasHIA application.
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
This policy applies to all services operated by HIA Company Limited, including the CasHIA Android application and the HIA company website.

We collect several types of information in connection with operating our services:
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, username, and password (stored in hashed form).
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the app — features accessed, tasks completed, ads watched, time spent, and earning activity.
- Device Information: Device type, model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g. Android ID), mobile network, and IP address.
- Financial Information: Withdrawal method details (e.g. PayPal email, mobile wallet number) are collected solely to process payouts. We do not store full payment credentials.
- Communication Data: Any information you send us via email or support channels.
- Advertising Data: Ad interaction data (views, clicks, completions) to process your ad-watching earnings and serve relevant advertising.

How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
- To track, calculate, and process your in-app earnings and withdrawal requests.
- To deliver and improve our services, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- To communicate with you regarding your account, updates, and support.
- To send you notifications about new features, earning opportunities, or policy changes (you may opt out at any time).
- To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and policy violations.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our services (e.g. payment processors, analytics providers, cloud hosting). These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Advertising Networks: Ad SDKs integrated into CasHIA may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. See Section 05 for more detail.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information with your explicit consent for any other purpose not listed here.

Advertising & Third Parties
CasHIA is an ad-supported earning application. To enable the ad-watching earning feature, we integrate third-party advertising SDKs. These SDKs may collect:
- Device advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location
- Ad interaction data (impressions, completions, clicks)
- App usage signals for ad targeting and frequency capping
These third-party advertising networks operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services integrated within CasHIA. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's advertising settings.

Data Security
We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Hashed storage of passwords — we never store passwords in plain text.
- Access controls to limit who within our team can access user data.
- Regular security reviews as our infrastructure scales.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you our services. Specifically:
- Active Accounts: Data is retained for the lifetime of your account.
- Closed Accounts: We retain data for up to 90 days after account closure for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then delete it.
- Financial Records: Transaction and withdrawal records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
- Logs: Server and access logs are retained for up to 30 days.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. See Section 09 for your full data rights.

Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hiacompanylimited@gmail.com.
Upon notification, we will take prompt steps to delete the information from our systems. Users between 13 and 18 should use our services only with parental consent.
